Happy Anniversary to And She Called Him Romeo!

Happy Anniversary to And She Called Him Romeo!

Time flies when you’re having a blast!

I can’t believe that it’s been a year since I sent Jayson and Brooke’s love story out into the world. It’s been a journey and one that’s been made special thanks to readers like you.
I’ve told the story before (so forgive me if it sounds repetitious) but for those who don’t know, I wrote the very first version of And She Called Him Romeo back when I was still a teenager in high school who only had dreams of one day being published. For years, I continued writing but kept the stories to myself, the fear of inviting others to read my stories keeping my dream a dream. Until I took the leap…

As this year went along as an author, I’ve had both highs and lows. I know that doesn’t make me special in the author world, but what did make me feel special is that every time I felt discouraged, I had a reader unknowingly lift my spirits with a sweet comment.
To every single person who has read this story and left kind words, please know that I’ve not only read your review, but I cherish it.
Thank you for taking a chance on a new author – your support and your word of mouth reviews and recommendation mean everything to me!
To my readers and author friends alike, thank you for all the encouragement this year!
Thank you for loving these characters and demanding more!

Thank YOU!

Hey everyone!

I hope your May is off to a fantastic start!

If you missed the newsletter that was sent out a few days ago you probably missed some of my news regarding upcoming releases.

While I have no immediate dates for release, I am aiming to have not only one but TWO releases sometime this summer. One will be a Mature YA standalone, and the other will be the next book in the Paradise Cove series. I will be sharing the titles and some further information in the next newsletter (I think…) so make sure you subscribe before June 1st.

All signed orders placed in April have now been shipped! *YAY*

I still have some stock in so if you would like to purchase a signed copy of And She Called Him Romeo, Thirty Days in Technicolor, and/or Twice Upon a Time you can do so right now. Purchase Order forms can be found right here on the website but if you have any questions or issues please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask.

That’s all for now!

One Line (or so) Wednesday…

Have you read Twice Upon a Time yet?
It’s been getting some great reviews and I’d love to hear your thoughts on  it.

Leaving a review on Amazon would be greatly appreciated and I often peruse there to see who is reading and loving Jayden and Natalie’s story.

In the meantime, check out this excerpt from the book…

Ignoring the dozens of unread social media notifications, he put his phone down and rolled his neck side to side closing his eyes for a brief moment. His brothers’ conversation about the upcoming football season buzzed in his ears mingling with the chatter of their neighboring patrons but there was one sound that couldn’t be ignored.
A voice. And it was one that he knew well.
Opening his eyes he searched the room in hopes to see the source of that honey coated timbre, a face that had been burned into his heart long ago. He wondered if he was hearing things if all his suddenly resurfacing thoughts had caused him to conjure her up. Coming to his feet, he stood using his height to his advantage. His gaze was pulled like a magnet to her just as it always had been. Her beauty still rendered him speechless as his pulse sped up, feeling nerves he hadn’t felt since high school.
Except they weren’t in high school anymore, and a whole lot had happened since the last time he’d talked to her. Time passes, things change, and people did too. But for the first time in years, they were in the same place at the same time and Jayden was not about to miss the opportunity.

After you read Twice Upon a Time I would be so grateful if you could leave a review on the vendor sites. The review does not have to be lengthy, just a few honest sentences would do the trick. Reviews are extremely helpful and vital to authors and help gain visibility. I appreciate every single one.
